Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered:

are not permitted, as digital goods cannot be returned or revoked.
Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be reviewed only under the following conditions:

The product file is corrupted or inaccessible

Incorrect product delivery due to a system error
Requests must be submitted to support@creatormediastore.com within 48 hours of purchase, along with valid proof.
